In-Person Clinical Consultation

We welcome clients for in-person clinical consultations at our clinic in the heart of Glasgow and Edinburgh city centres.
Step One – Get in Touch
If you require an in-person consultation, get in touch using the Book In Clinic button below. Our team will be in touch within 48 hours to arrange your appointment.
Step Two – Booking Confirmation
Following your booking you will receive an email confirmation with all the necessary details.

Online Clinical Consultation

As people have grown more confident using video calls for healthcare appointments, we now offer online consultations for your convenience and comfort. These consultations are ideal for regions which do not offer easy access to in-person hair loss and scalp healthcare services. Also for clients who feel more comfortable discussing highly personal health issues in the comfort of their own familiar space.
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Root Cause which has been co-founded by our Trichologist Wil Fleeson. Root Cause is an online trichology clinic, specifically designed to deliver video consultations. Online trichology appointments are a highly effective way to access professional help for hair loss worries quickly and easily via video call
Step One – Visit the Root Cause Clinical Website
Use the Book An Online consultation button below and you will be directed to the Root Cause booking page to schedule your online video consultation.
Step Two – Request a Consultation
On the drop-down menu, change “Any Practitioner” to “Mr Wil Fleeson” and select a time and date that suits you on the calendar.
Step Three – Pre-Consultation Form
You will receive a confirmation email with an attached pre-consultation form, which must be filled in and returned at least 48 hours before your online consultation time.
